At Xcel, students are taught by some of the most experienced Tae Kwon Do instructors in the state, if not the country.  No other Olympic style Tae Kwon Do school in New Jersey can equal the qualifications of our instructors.

3rd degree black belt instructor,  Miss Chrissy Adamo, is a National Champion and is one of the top competitors in the world.  She is also the coach of New York University Tae Kwon Do Team....(more)

Master Peter Crespo is a 5th degree black belt and has been training in Tae Kwon Do for more the 20 years. He holds numerous state and national championship titles.  He is a father of two great girls.  One of them is a student of Xcel and is close to achieving the black belt level.  Hopefully, one day, she will become a great master like her father .

Assistant instructor Miss Valentina Glavan is a 2nd degree black belt and has been training in the martial arts close to ten years. She is a dedicated martial artist and has won gold at state and regional championships. Miss Galvan is a graduate of Woodridge High School and will be starting her studies to become a certified physical therapist.
